Our Process

A&D Recruitment provides bespoke, high quality Temporary and Permanent staffing solutions to a wide range of Clients of varying sizes on a National Basis.

We have developed a thorough recruitment process that removes the fuss to focus on what’s important, delivering you the candidates that are ideal for your business.

We follow the below process for every new vacancy:

  1. Launch Meeting
    We are happy to have a meeting with our clients either face to face / via Skype / or telephone. This will enable us to take a detailed job description and person specification and to also gain a better understanding of your company’s ethos. We will also explain in detail how we work as an agency and discuss our Terms of Business.
  2. Job Specification
    We will prepare a written job description, adverts, and the criteria needed for the ideal candidate.
  3. Headhunt
    We will directly approach passive candidates as well as generating active applications in order to give our clients confidence that a thorough search has been carried out.
  4. Short listing
    All A&D Recruitment Candidates will have been interviewed by our Consultants, skills tested, where appropriate, fully briefed on your role, provided with full details in respect of your role and your Company and talked through the interview process before attending your premises for interview.
  5. Interviews
    A mutually convenient time for a meeting between you and each of your chosen candidates will be arranged so that you can assess their suitability.  After the interviews, we will contact each candidate for feedback and report back to you with their comments.
  6. Contact
    We will keep you updated throughout the full process. From submitting and discussing candidates CV’s with you through to arranging interviews, taking Interview feedback from candidates and managing the offer process. Upon acceptance we will ensure they are successfully on-boarded into your organisation.
