3D Desk Based Surveyor – Filled

upto £30k per annum
Our client is currently seeking a 3D Desk Based Surveyor who will provide design support for their well established business that provides an integrated survey and data management service to the engineering, built infrastructure and environmental sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of 2D/3D CAD, modelling, animation and BIM deliverables
- Point cloud processing and management
- Point cloud and mobile mapping data extraction
- Development and maintenance of deliverable specifications to industry standard
Other responsibilities may include:
- Occasional Fieldwork
- Support GIS development
It is envisaged the successful candidate would have attained a qualification in 3D environments or similar discipline
Specific skills required for the role include:
- Strong IT skill set to include MSOffice
- Previous 3D software experience – Autodesk or similar.
- Previous GIS software experience would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Package:
- Salary £20,000 – £30,000
- Pension after probationary period
- 25 days holiday plus banks
