Solar & Battery Storage Surveyor / Estimator – Permanent Role

Our client, a highly reputable EV charging, Solar PV and Energy Storage company that specialises in Domestic and Commercial applications on a National basis.
The Role:
To be an integral and key member of the team, the successful solar & battery storage surveyor will respond to customer enquiries, arrange appointments for the site survey, quotations etc and provide the customer with an all-round professional experience from start to finish, with assistance from the account management team.
Responsibilities:
- Attending site and conduct full technical survey
- Providing Desktop Proposal from initial enquiry
- Shading Analysis, feasibility reports etc
- Estimating/proposal and follow up discussions with client
- With support from our Account Management team, securing the contract
- Preparation of all the installation paperwork, project scope, RAMS etc.
- Supporting the installation team and post installation completing the paperwork and system registration
Person Specification:
- You will have a thorough understanding of Solar PV or Battery Storage, EV technologies
- Ideally have an electrical background or good understanding
- You may have installed PV and are looking for a new challenge
- Experience of working at heights
- Experience of visiting site and dealing with end users
- Ability to take on new tasks, duties and responsibilities as required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer Literate
- Extremely organised and able to prioritise work loads
- EPC qualification / surveying experience would be desirable
- Full Driving Licence
Package:
- Basic Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 DOE
