The Role

A great opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our clients dynamic and growing team in Manchester. They bring a fresh approach to M&E, getting involved early, working collaboratively within the design team, highlighting options, guiding the design development and using their expertise to help clients make key decisions – an approach that always results in a building that delivers. Qualifications & Skills Required

  • HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent certified Mechanical Engineer
  • Expert in computer operation for engineering design programs and CAD.
  • Be an experienced design engineer or come from a contracting background
  • Enthusiastic Strong communication, analysis, technical design and drawing skills
  • Be a self-motivated team player with good people skills
  • A comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations including gas & water regulations
  • A sound knowledge of renewables including solar, heat pumps (air, ground & water)
  • A sound knowledge of combined heat and power systems.
